Yes you can share collections. The person you share it with must also have access to the files to see them

1.  Right-click the collection you wish to share.
2.  Click **Share**

## Email

Fill out the email address and set user rights for the collection you wish to share. If you wish to edit an already existing user

1.  Scroll down to the next window **Users in collection**.
2.  Select the user(s) you wish to edit.
3.  Scroll further down to **Edit User**.
4.  Set desired rights and click **Update User(s)**, or Click **Remove user(s)** if you wish to remove users from the collection.

## Contacts

Edit or select already existing contacts rights to manage and add sound effects to a collection
1.  Select user(s) and set rights.
2.  Click **Add User(s)**.
    
If you wish to edit an already existing user
1.  Scroll down to the next window **Users in collection**.
2.  Select the user(s) you wish to edit.
3.  Scroll further down to **Edit User**.
4.  Set desired rights and click **Update User(s)**, or click **remove user(s)** if you wish to remove users from the collection.

## Organization 

Select users within the organization and set user rights to use a collection.
1.  Click **Add User(s) to collection**.
    
If you wish to edit an already existing user:

4.  Set desired rights and click **Update User(s)**, or click **remove user(s)** if you wish to remove users from the collection.
