If you are signed in to Soundly and would like to make changes in your user account, but have forgotten your password:

1.  Click your email address in the top right corner.
2.  Click **Log out**.
3.  Click **Sign in**.
4.  Type in email and a wrong password.
5.  Click **OK** in the wrong password message window.
6.  Click **Forgot your password? Click here to reset password**
7.  Follow further instructions.

If you are not signed in and got a “wrong password” message:

1.  Click **Forgot your password? Click here to reset password**.
2.  Follow further instructions.
