Why do I see “Unable to activate Soundly.” when opening the Soundly Pro Tools Extension?

The Soundly Pro Tools Extension requires Pro Tools 2026.11 or newer.

  1. Check your Pro Tools version.
  2. If the version is older than 2026.11, update Pro Tools.
  3. If the message still appears on a supported version, restart Pro Tools.

After restarting, open Soundly from the Extensions menu.
